Starting a Home Based Business

Starting a Home based Business, boy doesn't that sound exciting!! I have been involved in a new Home Business and with very little experience; it has been a challenge. I've found out that it seems everyone wants to get you to join their own business and most promise to help you get started and up and going. However, in my short time as a newbie, some of my so called supporters has gone into the "witness protection" program. They are willing to take your money only to never be heard from again. This is one thing that I hope I never stoop to. I feel a person is only as good as their word. I wish more people saw things as I see them. I've already seem more casualties in this business than I've ever hoped to see. One thing for sure, not all of the people I've met are that bad, actually some have been very supportive, and some are not asking for anything in return. What a breath of fresh air. These are a true God sent.
I must say that the one group that has been the most supportive and helpful has been, a group of people: MYVMTeam.com, a group of approximately 75 people who range from newbies to 20-30 years or more of experience. This is the most friendlies, helpful and self sacrificing group of people I have ever met. The leader Coach Cobb has truly assembled an elite team.
Now, that I have aligned myself with them, I'm sure that great things are just over the horizon. The teaching is personal and very informative, with this type of mentor- ship, how can I go wrong?
God Bless,

Hey Kevin... You are sooo right! Getting to know people who you know, like and trust will get you a long ways when starting a home based business. To do that... I guess we need to start building relationships!
Great Post!

Ah KL...

If I had a dollar for every story I've heard that sounds like yours (mine included), I would have a considerably larger bank account than I have today.

Online business can seem to be a very ruthless "game" - especially if you try to "play" it alone.

Some peoples' egos get in their own way and keep them from reaching out for help. Still others do reach out for help but find nobody reaching back - even the ones who promised them that help in the first place.

But you've realized that the problem lies not within the "system" but with the people you choose to associate with. The day I came to that realization was the point in my career where things changed radically for the better, and things started happening.

With a good mentor and a great team, I believe anyone who is committed to their own success can achieve it - especially on the internet.

I'm very happy to have you with us on the team, KL - you're a definite asset!

You are so right about starting new business. You have to be careful who you associate with on the internet. I have found MYVMTeam to be very good as well.

The mistake most people make going into any business is that they want instant success! You have to give it all and find a way to make things work and there isn't any time frame in being successful in business today. 95% of the people going into business FAIL, because they quiet just before they might be successful. We are so use to Instant Coffee, Tea, Food and they think Success can be Instant also -- NOT! To be success, burn the bridge behind you and go forward.

Kevin, I must say that you are a man after my own heart. I notion of a homebased business has alway been a thing for me and I have tried and been involved with many and as you say -- you give away your money and then left high and dry to fend for yourself. I will be writing some articles and blog posts about Homebased businesses - with your permission I would like to quote from your blog ---also--maybe we can collaborate.

Hey there! I realize this is kind of off-topic however I needed to ask.
Does running a well-established website such as yours take
a large amount of work? I'm completely new to running a blog however I do write in my diary every day. I'd like to start a blog so I can share my personal
experience and thoughts online. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or tips for new aspiring bloggers.
Thankyou!
